I was following along with “SMS via AT commands / SMS Service Not Subscribed? - #14 by drunnells” and everything seems to be correct, but nothing is actually sent.

Couple of notes:
- I’m in Los Angeles
- The manual says that CMGS is supposed to give back a unique identifier. It always give back [1B].
