No location but have signal

Anyone run into this? SIM is active in the account. I am not getting the blinking light on the modem nor does it seem to establish a connection to any network.

The antenna is connected and there seems to be signal. Does anyone know what I can check? Did I get a bad modem?

A couple things to check before claiming a bad modem. Could you post a picture of your antenna connected? Have you tried both antennas that were included?
