Sim card suddently stops working and disappears form the Dashboard

A SIM card I was using and was active in the Dashbaord has diasppeard, all of a sudden. No trace in the Dashbaord. I tryed to activate it but I get the message that´s already claimed by another device.

How can I troubleshoot? How can I see in which status the card is and reactivate it?
