Unable to connect to cellular network

I am having difficulties connecting SIM800L module. When I pop the sim in an old cell phone and set the apn I am able to send and receive sms messages. When I put the sim into the SIM800L I can the following response to
AT+COPS=?
+COPS: (2,“T-Mobile USA”,“TMO”,“310260”),(0-4),(0-2)

So I know that it can see a network but when I run KitchenSink I get

I ran some of these commands with enhanced error messages and this is what I got

Also, KitchenSink says that CIPMUX throws an error but I doesn’t seem to.

Also can you tell us more about the setup of the antenna and the hardware with the SIM800? Strange that it is returning T-Mobile as an operator but the CSQ values are returning 0,0
