What's wrong with Hologram Cloud today?

Can’t connect and send and receive message via Cloud Data。

pi@raspberrypi:~ $ sudo hologram send --cloud 'send test’
ERROR: Failed to connect socket
ERROR: Failed to write to socket

But can send message via SMS
pi@raspberrypi:~ $ sudo hologram receive --sms
Ready to receive sms
Received SMS: SMS: sender: 447937405250, timestamp: Thu Feb 1 03:26:21 2018, message: This message send from hologram via SMS

Does anybody have meet the issue today?

Hi @steven_huang - We’re currently experiencing degraded service due to a cellular gateway provider which you can follow here (status.hologram.io). We are beginning to see service restored back to normal operation.
