I went through the tutorial on the Hologram site. Going through the AT commands this is what the reply’s are:

Hi, is the SIM definitely inserted correctly in the modem? Make sure it’s using the larger cutout and the tab is at the bottom left with the modem horizontal

Yes it is, I have removed it and put it back in.

Does the modem work in HiLink mode?

I finally got it to work in ppp mode. Now to figure out how to remote to the device.
