Default Active Profile of Nova (LTE-M1)?

I am using the U-Blox SARA-R410M (same as on this nova) and I’m interested in how Hologram has configured the device. It looks like a lot of settings I think are required are not explicitly set in their python sdk so I am guessing they are already programmed in the device.

Note my specific problem is having is getting the SARA-R410M to connect without setting a UMNOPROF to the appropriate physical network carrier (Verizon in US or Telstra for Australia). I do explicitly set the APN to hologram. To solve this problem I have to cycle through the carrier profiles after a certain timeout (exp. increasing) of not connecting. It seems the Nova does not require this process and I want to figure out why.
