Hologram phone number not accepting SMS

I purchased a Hologram phone number a few minutes ago. I sent SMS messages from my iphone and through the Hologram dashboard. When running the SIMXXX_LTE_Demo arduino sketch I am unable to find any SMS messages on my SIM7000A.

Hello, were you able to resolve your issue? My hologram card is on Verizon Roaming network and it’s not able to send SMS. I have posted a question. I came across similar question so wondering if you’ve already solved your issue and can comment on steps you tried. Thanks.
