How to SMS over IP on RAK2812-M

I have a RAK8212-M and a new hologram SIM. My project requires to send a lot of SMSs from the device to hologram cloud but just discovered that it costs $0.19/SMS!
I found some information about using data instead of SMS for outbound but still don’t now how to use it.

Some information needed please.
