Has anybody used the dash as a modem for the BBB? Is it so complicated to use a dash with a BBB that one would rather get a huawei USB stick?
The Dash can’t be used to get a direct internet connection the same way you could with a usb modem. However, if you just want to send data to the cloud, you can plug the dash into the USB port on the beaglebone and just echo data to /dev/ttyACM0
