I am currently using hologram SIMs with custom hardware and need to know the SIMs PUK values. These do not seem to come with the SIMs themselves nor are they available on the dashboard, do I need to request them directly?
Our SIMs don’t have an unlock code. Do you require a PUK because you were locked out of using that particular SIM after too many failed attempts at doing something?
