Web Hook for GroveStreams

Has anyone here set up a HTTP Post web hook for Grovestreams?

I have data from my devices showing up in the console ok and have a Grovesetrams account set up but cannot figure out how to set up the route to pass the information successfully to the Grovesetreams account.
