Expiry time after Activating a new SIM

Hi folks.

As I’m new to all this and developing a project that hopefully may be useful to my local lifeboat station, I may not always get to use it constantly so was wondering, after activating the SIM does the SIM expire after a period of not being used?

Hey Declan,

The SIM will stay active as long as you pay the baseline connectivity fee (see pricing details here). If your account does not have a credit card on file or your account goes negative, then your SIM will be deactivated. You also may pause your account, as noted in our FAQ.
