AT+CGDCONT shows “hologram” as the apn still.

When I do AT+COPS=? to scan for networks, it shows four different networks available.
When I do AT+COPS? it returns +COPS: 0

And at times when I do AT+CREG? it returns 0,3 which is registration denied and other times 0,2 which is not registered but currently searching.
