I forked the code examples and added an example for one of my favorite ultrasonic sensors.
There are some things that I ran into:
No way of getting current time via cellular or RTC. No sleep parameters. Not sure how much onboard storage is available and how to save data to the storage. Not sure how to turn off cellular and still log data.
