Can receive from Hologram but not send data

Sparkfun SARA R410 on Uno
Using Sparkfun sketch, 04_Hologram_Data_Feed. Uno receives prompt message, says it is sending data but Hologram does not see it. Receive routed email that Uno did not reply.
Sparkfun sketch, 02_TCP_Send_Hologram, says it is sending message but do not see it on dashboard.
