We have built our prototype and provided instructions for it to send alerts to my phone number. It works perfectly. Our plan is not to program end-user phone numbers into our software. We just want the unit to send alerts to the Hologram Cloud and then we’ll create routes to end-user emails and phones.
We don’t want to use the embedded API since it appears it requires the device ID to be programmed into the script. We don’t want to have to individually program each of our units with the device ID.
My question. If we send Circuit-Switched SMS message can “Topics” be added so I can use routes?
