I’m hoping someone can help. We have 1 deployed device that was sending SMS to Hologram and triggering routes just fine. It has stopped sending text messages, I think. I show it is connected in the Hologram dashboard. When we trigger the device to send an SMS alert to trigger a route, the route doesn’t get triggered. So my questions are:
- Is there a way for me to see if the modem is sending the SMS alert?
- Can I send a message to the device from the dashboard that returns something that tells me it’s sending SMS?
