I frequently run into situations where SMS messages triggered by my device are delivered late to the Hologram logs.
Messages sent to the device are delivered quickly, just about every time.
We have a system in place that depends on two way SMS messaging and the output out of that system is delayed because the device-triggered SMS messages are late to arrive.
I don’t have visibility into what is causing the delay. I don’t know whether it is the carrier or something later in that message path.
My device is a Ublox LARA R202.
Is there any way to trace individual message(s) to get clarity on what is causing the delay and see if there is anything we can do about it?
