We have an existing radio that we use with a competitors sim on the ATT network. I ordered a hologram dev sim to try and out and have activated the sim in the dahsboard, but the radio can’t seem to connect to the network. My APN is set to hologram and I am trying to connect directly to a host server by IP. Is there a trick to getting this to work I am missing? I have limited access to any radio debug information, but based on the LED status it appears to connect to the network, but is never able to send any data.

The cellular chip is a Telit UL865-NAND. The radio is a custom radio developed by a company in Israel. I have no access to any debug level data so troubleshooting is difficult as the only feedback I have is LED sequences.
