I noticed that the online documentation shows 2 MCP73871 devices but there is only one in the schematic. The 3.8 volt regulator is not connected to the U-Blox device. Neither the Dash Datasheet nor the schematics show which pins belong to what signals, are all the carrier/shield pins from the User CPU?
After downloading the schematics and PCB CAD files I found the CAD Altium files are in binary, could you please include an ASCII export, there are several PCB packages (DipTrace) that can read ASCII Altium files.
