This morning (about 7 am CST) all of our data engine routes stopped working and are no longer sending the data to our Losant platform. Nothing changed in the settings and everything in Losant seems to be functioning.
The error message on each data point received or simulated says: “A connection error occurred sending data via webhook”
any pointers on how we can fix this?
We were using the Losant set device state beta route. We created a new route for the Losant webhook which shows no error on the Hologram dashboard but we are not receiving any data at the webhook in Losant.

Hey looks like a certificate expired somewhere along the pipeline. Should be good now. We’ll add some extra monitoring to catch that in the future
