Excel file downloaded from dashboard wrong connect status

Here’s a column from our csv export download from the dashboard, lower left corner icon.
We use device_state to update our web page with connection status.
We actually have more than 100 connected but it only shows 13 or so.
The last_connected_time is not up to date either.
Please advise

I would recommend reaching out to success@hologram.io regarding this issue. Its difficult to really diagnose anything from that single column you posted and they will be able to look more into your account and file tickets with us in engineering if this is indeed a bug.
