I’m able to send messages to the dashboard but unable to receive messages from the dashboard to the device. I’m occasionally able to receive messages (usually 1-2 times after starting “hologram receive” on the command line or through a hologram event subscribing). But this fails soon after, leaving me with the message “Failed to connect to device to send a message” on hologram dashboard activity log. Connection seems to be fine and I’m still able to send messages to the dashboard.
Please let me know how to fix this issue and keep it reliable.
What kind of device? Is this a Nova R410?
