Getting "ERROR" in Serial Monitor [Solved]

I’ve previously had my Dash working, but I plugged it back in today and can’t get it to send anything.

I downloaded the default program and uploaded it successfully using dashupdater. When I send a string in Arduino’s Serial Monitor, the only output I get is “ERROR.” Not sure what that indicates.

Any guesses?

PS - My device shows up in the dashboard with a green dot, which to me indicates that the data account is still turned on and should connect when it has a signal.

PPS - I am working in the exact same location I was when it last worked, and I’ve never had cell reception issues in that location.

SOLVED by updating through Board Manager in Arduino and using HologramCloud functions found here: https://hologram.io/docs/reference/dash/api
