Here is some initial Data:
Location: Canada, Montreal
SIM card: Hologram, having Global coverage plan, pay as you go
Activated: yes
Installed in the Samsung Galaxy S7, APN setting is set to hologram. The cellular connection indication bars show the device connected to cell network. When turning on the data - internet is not avalable. Trying to send SMS - not possible.
Logging into web portal shows the ICCID, Device ID, status - ‘READY’, however no data is being utilized.
Tried on two other phones in two different locations within the city - same result.
What am I doing wrong?
