GSM Modem load fails

Hi,

I am working on SARA-R412-02B Module. GSM Modem only working when full power OFF/ON (so no power plugged in the board and applying power).

Any other form of starting the board (watchdog restart, software reset or button reset) will cause to GSM modem load to fail.
