We are using a Hologram SIM card with a Professional Plan and a SIM7000A. Occasionally, over the course of a month, the modem disconnects and then replies with “registration denied” for a day or so. Then it starts working again. see usage chart below.
Can you please email success@hologram.io with the SIM number of the SIM in question so our team can look into this for you. It would also be helpful to let them know how much data you are sending and how frequently you are sending it.
