Invalid SIM number when trying to activate SIM

I tried activating my new SIM card. But when I enter the number of the SIM, I can’t proceed the activation process, because of the error message “invalid SIM number”. I checked the number 3 times already, but it always displays this error message. I am posting this here because I haven’t found any direct support contact. Any suggestions?

Is it 20 digits and begins with 894450? ie:

8944501234567890123

Did you buy it from Hologram? you can also try email hologram at success@hologram.io I have found them to be very responsive.

Hey, there was a batch of SIMs that got left out of our database but it should be resolved now. Give this another shot and see how it goes. Sorry for the trouble
