IP Location when calling web server

I use a SIM800 with an Hologram SIM. When I call directly our web server from the SIM800, our web server can see the IP of the caller. That’s logical.
But I’m in Brasil and the IP Location tells me the IP is from Jersey.
Does this IP cames from Hologram or does it came from our Brasilian telecom network (Vivo in my case)
And in case the IP came from Hologram, can I be sure the IP Location will always be “from Jersey”?
