MKR NB 1500 with Hologram Sim

I am using MKR NB 1500 with Hologram Sim the Modem worked fine for last 6 days and send data to the dashboard after that SIM did not establish connection with network.

always failed to connect the network, I upgrade the firmware I changed the antenna even last one worked fine for 6 days but I used the better one but still the same issue

Any thoughts???

16 days no help? sounds like arduino mkr not a supported product!
