My device will not accept a blank APN username and password. What can I do to get it working with Hologram?

Is there any way to set up a custom apn username and password? The device I’m using will not take a blank apn username/password and has to have data in that field.

Agree with @AndrewGifft, what device are you using? Also how are you entering these details, are you given a GUI, or is this set up via SMS or code?

We have other customers using that same tracker and it works fine. You don’t need to send the username and password at all. You just need to send the APN name.
