NB Attach Problem: Error CME 51

Hello, I live in Germany and having an attachment problem:

AT+CGATT=1

+CME ERROR: 51

HW Setup:

  1. Quectel BC68 NB Shield
  2. STM32Nucleo 401RE MCU
  3. NB Antenna and 5 meters cable

Do you have the coverage in Düsseldorf? How can I fix this?
