Nova R410 (Cat-M) Firmware Update

A firmware update for the ublox R410 module on the Cat-M Nova is now available.
The new version number is L0.0.00.00.05.08,A.02.04
This update should make the Nova more reliable and fix some issues that some people were seeing with sending data to our cloud.

Note that the update will change how certain AT commands behave. More information is in the README file and in the ublox documentation.
