Nova R410 no network service and operation not allowed

I am trying to connect to the https://hologram.io cloud with the SARA-R410-02B module by using the AT command, the following is the command interaction, it says no network service and operation not allowed, is there anybody happened to this issue? or anyone can tell me I have missed some steps configuration?
