I recently purchased a Nova R410M and set it up with the Pilot Plan to activate the SIM card. I also purchased another Nova U201 and a activated a separate SIM card with it. I cannot seem to get the R410M to connect to any networks, and it is reading signal 99,99. I know both SIM cards are working, as either will work with the U201, but the R410M will not work with either card. The R410M has a solid blue light (which I believe represents that it is powered) but it does not display the blinking red light for signal. I have the Pulse antenna hooked up correctly as well.
