Problems sending an SMS from botletics SIM7000A shield

I am sending to a cell phone in Verizon network. The LTE_Demo appears to be succesfull BUT no SMS receive on the cell phone. Below is the script:

Sometimes Verizon blocks SMS from M2M SIM numbers. You may need to contact them to remove the block

I’m having the same issue. Do you have any idea what number at Verizon to call to contact someone who knows how to remove the block?

Hey @kjm,

I am not sure who exactly to contact at Verizon, but it would likely be whoever manages your line. Normally it’s just allowing international SMS, but some carriers have more complex logic so you’ll just have to explain that you are using a global M2M SIM and that no SMS messages to your Verizon device should be filtered.
