We are triggering routes from our devices to pass packets of data to our cloud servers. Sometimes these routes fail with various HTTP errors, most commonly error 502. Is there any mechanism for the routes to retry so they are reliable? We have not been able to reproduce this reliability issue outside of hologram so we need some insight into why we get the errors and how we can mitigate them. We would rather not bypass hologram as the route functionality suits us well.
Right now, once a route fails it will not retry. Can you send us an email at success@hologram.io and reference this thread and the route that is giving you trouble. We can take a look to make sure it isn’t an issue on our end.
