Routes can't be displayed !

Hello,

I am trying to access my routes but it seems the page is not loading after pressing the button ! all other functionality are working fine. Even the routes on the other organization under the same account can be displayed.
We tried at different times with different internet networks but it’s not displayed and the page try uploading forever.
