Can anyone tell me the connection method I should review with regard to sending a 1-2 kbyte file (or really long string) from the device (Nova) to hologram? Its too large for SMS without breaking it up which I don’t want to do… I have been reviewing the u-blox AT command document but I don’t know which service I should be considering. Possibly establishing a PPP connection if that is correct, any suggestions would help.
While we have the ability to pass messages over SMS, it’s often better to do direct TCP transmissions. Have you checked out the tutorial tied to our Nova Starter Kit? Though it involves more hardware, it shows a range of ways to send data from the Nova to Hologram servers.
Perhaps encodign de file using base64?
