We are using a GPS tracker with a Hologram SIM that only works on the Verizon Cat M1 network. When sending messages to this device from the Hologram Dashboard, we noticed that the device was not acknowledging any messages. The hardware vendor mentioned that Verizon controls access to who can send SMS messages to Cat M1 devices to approved Verizon platforms. Does the Hologram Cloud have the ability to send SMS messages to a Verizon Cat M1 device ?
