Sierra FX30 connectivity

I’m trying to connect a Sierra FX30 modem. I’ve set the APN to hologram. Here is what the cm tool tells me:

Hi,

As per the logs provided, we can see that the device has no signal hence not connecting to any network. Can you make sure that the antenna is connected properly on the device?

Hm my email response seems to not have been posted. With no change in the antenna I can put in a Verizon SIM, change the APN to vzwinternet after which point the modem gets a signal and connects.

Are you able to run modem diagnostics and share the results?
