I’ve been attempting to set up a SIM7000a for communication with Hologram using TCP and have been unsuccessful so far. I’ve been following the Hologram instructions (https://support.hologram.io/hc/en-us/articles/360036559494-SIMCOM-SIM7000) but at the step with the AT+CIICR command, I receive and ERROR and +PDP: DEACT rather than an OK. I have checked and my module is connected to the Hologram network, and my dashboard sees the SIM7000, but trying to setup the TCP connection just fails. I’m not entirely sure what I could be doing wrong. (I am using an Arduino UNO sketch to send commands to the SIM7000)
