SIMCOM7000E Connecivity Problems using NB-IOT in Germany

Hi, i am trying to connect my SIMCOM7000E Module with hologram simcard to the network, but can’t get it running.

I use a fullband LTE Antenna 698-960/170-2690 MHz. I’m located in Germany Nuremberg.
The Simcard is activated and on dashboard it shows my device is “live”

I’m not that expierenced with AT Commands but what at least i got some info out of the module wich may helps to identify the Problem:

Nobody can help? Is there NB-IOT Coverage in Germany? I know Deutsche Telekom AG launched NB-IoT in Germany.

I tried an IOT SIM from Amazon. IOT support is strong my carrier for connecting to IOT network does not support international phone numbers. My IOT SIM was setup for Italy.
Hologram is better for me and has developer options for my devices.
All code above looks normal for device setup AT commands.
