Sitcom 800C with Hologram

Hello! I’m trying to get a new Hologram SIM card to work with this > https://www.amazon.com/dp/B087Z6F953?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

Which has this chip >> SIM800C

It doesn’t seam to even recognize the sim. (says “no sim inserted”) Any reason why it wouldn’t work with that device?

Should work fine with our SIMs. Have you tried inserting it in a different orientation?
