I activated a new sim via the dashboard a few hours ago. It’s not getting registered on the network.
How long does it take for the new sim to be active?
I’m using it in my own modem (the sim was received along with the dash pro).
I’ve used a previous sim from Konekt before and that worked in the same modem.
I swapped out the sim for another one from t-mobile and that works, so it’s not the hardware/antenna/software etc.
I did change the apn to the konect apm.
