Tried Different SIM, now no data being passed

I am working on a prototype device that uses a Hologram SIM Card. Our management wanted to know if a normal Verizon SIM would work in the device. We tried the Verizon SIM in the device, and it did not work.

Putting the hologram SIM back in we expected it to fire right back up and work. The device powers on and the hologram dashboard shows connectivity, but it now shows as ‘Session without Data’. How do I troubleshoot this to see why it is not passing any data?

Are you able to run AT commands? What diagnostics have you tried on the device?
