Background: Topsail is a Chinese company that provides IoT devices. They don’t have previous customers in the USA so we’re the first ones trying out their device in the US.
Problem: The device is not transmitting data. I’ve set the APN to hologram and the SIM is activated. The dashboard shows the status as connected but, so far, no data has been transmitted.
