Unable to install Windows COM driver

Hi I am working on making my Hologram NOVA modem to work. However, I first encountered the PPP failed connection and I want to debug the modem using the AT commands provided

However, when I plugged in my nova modem in into windows computer, the following item on Device Manager showed up

Then, I tried to update the driver for COM driver on hologram website as the following figures.But the Windows gave me the following responses.
