I’ve seen other m2m providers offer a means to reset/unregister a device remotely via their dashboards. I couldn’t find a similar solution on Hologram’s dashboard which we are using now. Any suggestions on how this can be done for one of our devices?
Just a littler background of the issue we are facing. Our device had a bug where it was sending about 2.5K of data every half an hour for several weeks. I’m assuming the MO (Verizon Cat-M) somehow is now not allowing any more data to be uploaded. We have since, fixed the issue in the device but it must connect once to download the new settings. However, in Hologram dashboard I see it connect but then there are zero bytes uploaded which leads me to believe that Verizon is denying it to upload any more data.
